Experience
Kelly Anne Sohigian has worked in sales and management throughout her career in both the fashion industry and the design industry. She started in real estate over 10 years ago on a limited basis as her children were growing. She has had an Interior Design and Staging business since 2005 and has always kept a pulse on the Real Estate market. Kelly Anne joined William Raveis in 2006 as a sales associate. She has her CHP Certification (Certified Homeownership Professional). She has taken courses on negotiation, sales tactics, and marketing strategies.
As an interior designer, Kelly Anne is the recipient of the prestigious Best of Houzz Award for service for five consecutive years: 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. This award is given to only 3% of the professionals listed on Houzz.
